Collecting and sharing your personal data

Our online forms

On our website you can find online contact forms. If you submit such form, we will collect the personal data submitted by you. We do this in order to answer your request.

Business partners

In order to communicate with our business partners, including in order to promote BESTSELLER Studios, we process their contact information.

Operating our website

In order for us to be able to operate and optimize our website we use cookies including cookies from Google. These cookies may collect information such as IP addresses, browsing ID as well as device and browser characteristics.

The cookies from Google originate from the Google services “reCAPTCHA” and “Google Fonts”. ReCAPTCHA helps us to protect our website against bots by determining whether the website visitor is a real person. Google Fonts delivers fonts to our website.

Data processors

We use external service providers (data processors) to deliver hosting services, our website platform and other technical services. These providers are only allowed to process personal data on behalf of us and according to our instructions.

Some of our partners handle your personal data outside the EU. In such case we will always ensure that your personal data is still covered by an adequate level of data protection.   • Creative force (USA)

In addition, some of our partners may use external subcontractors (sub-processors) located outside the EU. In such case, our partner is obligated to keep your personal data safeguarded. Legal grounds to process your personal data

Processing of personal data submitted by you through an online form is based on your consent, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (a). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. In such case BESTSELLER can be contacted on contact@bestsellerstudios.com.

Processing of personal data relating to our business partner relationships is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with them, including promoting BESTSELLER, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (f).

Processing of personal data collected through cookies is based on your consent, cf. GDPR article 6, 1 (a). You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by deleting and deactivating cookies. Please find more information in our Cookie Policy. 

Data storage

We only store your personal data for as long as it’s necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected or to comply with regulatory requirements.

Your rights

You are welcome to contact BESTSELLER Studios if you want information about which data is being processed about you and for which purposes. This is also the case if you want to rectify, restrict or delete personal information. Whenever BESTSELLER processes your personal data, by automated means based on your consent or based on an agreement, you have the right to receive a copy of your data transferred to you or to specific recipient. Furthermore, you are entitled to object to the processing of your personal data on certain grounds, e.g. data processed for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.
